Greetings from the Lehigh Valley AAU

To:   All present and new club members

Welcome to a new and exciting year of AAU Basketball. Starting this year, the AAU season begins September 1, 2007 and ends August 31, 2008. I hope you are looking forward to having a successful winter season and the upcoming AAU season.

The age classifications for girls are: 9 & Under, 10& Under, 11 & Under, 12 & Under, 13 & Under, 14 & Under, 15 & Under, 16 & Under, 17 & Under and 18 & Under. The athletes age class is determined by her age on January 1, of that particular year. The Lehigh Valley AAU is intended for the serious basketball player. Participants should have played in competition before enrolling in the organization.

Due to increasing costs of Tournaments, Gym rentals, etc., the fee this year will be $375.00. This covers membership fees, insurance, game uniform, gym rentals for practice and Tournaments. Registration fees MUST be paid by March 31, 2008. There will be NO refunds given after March 31, 2008 unless there is an injury or serious illness.

Registration will be conducted at the "Skills and Drills" Clinics, on Sunday evenings January 2008 through February 2008, or by mail.
